Track Pre- Season 2018
Date: January 9 - February 8, 2018 Cost: 1lb of single origin whole bean coffee or a 6 pack of craft brew
Practice Days: Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm and Saturday at 8:30am
Focus: Pre-Season training will focus on strength development and overall conditioning, establishing a base to grow from heading into the race season. Pre - Season conditioning is designed for mid distance (400m - 800m) and long distance (1500m - 3000m) runners.
