Cross Country Race Season 2025

Dates: July 8 - December 6, 2025

Costs: $375 price includes all USATF races, coaching, team fee and Summer Session

Additional Costs:

  • $35 Annual USATF Membership

  • $70 uniform

  • Optional Grit Gear

Training Focus: to continue developing their endurance with added speed, race skills, and even more grit

Practice Days and Times: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5:30pm - 7pm in and around Irvine

Races: typically on Sunday mornings in the So Cal Area

Requirements:

  1. Age: 7 - 14 years old (we may allow younger runners if they are advanced for their age)

  2. Practices: should attend all practices

  3. Races: must compete in our focused meets and should compete in the rest

  4. Motivation: must want to train and compete with eagerness
